Responsibilities & Context:
সফটওয়্যার সরবরাহকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানের সাথে পরামর্শ পূর্বক আমাদের প্রতিষ্ঠানের জন্য নতুন একাউন্টিং সফটওয়্যার সরবরাহ করা, মেনটেইন করা এবং সমস্যা সমাধান করা
প্রতিষ্ঠানের স্বার্থে সফটওয়্যার সরবরাহকারীর নির্দেশনা মোতাবেক সফটওয়্যার রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও পরিচালনা করতে হবে
প্রতিষ্ঠানের আওতাধীন সকল দোকান ও শোরুমের দৈনিক ভাউচার পোস্টিং এর সঠিকতা যাচাই করা এবং মাস শেষে লাভ ক্ষতির যথার্থ হিসাব রিপোর্ট আকারে প্রদান করা
প্রতিষ্ঠানের আওতাধীন সকল দোকান ও শোরুমের ব্যালেন্স শিট (Balance Sheet)এর সঠিকতার নিশ্চয়তা প্রদান করা
নিয়মিতভাবে বিভিন্ন দোকান ও শোরুমে অডিট কার্যক্রম পরিচালনায় নেতৃত্ব প্রদান করা
ডাটা এন্ট্রি অফিসারদের পরিচালনা করা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় ক্ষেত্রে ট্রেনিং প্রদান করা
