Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Customer Service & Communication

    • Greet and assist customers with service inquiries.

    • Understand customer complaints and explain service processes clearly.

    • Provide accurate service estimates and timelines.

    • Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly.

  2. Team Supervision

    • Supervise mechanics and service staff.

    • Assign daily tasks and monitor technician performance.

    • Provide training and guidance to junior technicians.

  3. Service Operations

    • Oversee daily service operations and workflow.

    • Ensure timely delivery of serviced bikes.

    • Maintain quality control for all repair and maintenance work.

    • Approve test rides after service completion.

  4. Inventory & Tools Management

    • Monitor stock levels of spare parts and lubricants.

    • Coordinate with the inventory team for timely parts ordering.

    • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

  5. Documentation & Reporting

    • Maintain service records, job cards, and billing.

    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.

    • Record customer feedback and suggest improvements.

  6. Health & Safety Compliance

    • Ensure safety standards are followed in the workshop.

    • Conduct regular checks for cleanliness and order.

  7. Coordination

    • Liaise with the sales and warranty departments.

    • Communicate with vendors or manufacturers for technical support.

  8. Technical Support

    • Diagnose complex technical issues and support the team in resolving them.

    • Stay updated on new models, service techniques, and tools.
