Primary Responsibilities:
Customer Greeting & Assistance
Welcome customers to the showroom with a professional and friendly attitude.
Understand their requirements and help them select the right bike.
Product Knowledge
Maintain detailed knowledge of all bike models, features, specifications, and pricing.
Explain technical details and advantages of different models clearly.
Sales Presentation
Give test ride assistance when required.
Highlight offers, EMI options, and promotions to boost sales.
Prepare and present quotations.
Negotiation & Closing Deals
Negotiate price, discounts, or finance terms with customers.
Assist in completing the sales process including documentation and payment.
After-Sales Coordination
Guide customers through registration, insurance, delivery, and servicing schedule.
Handle follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and future sales.
Daily Operational Tasks:
Inventory Monitoring
Check stock levels and coordinate with the inventory team for availability.
Inform the manager if restocking is needed.
Showroom Maintenance
Ensure bikes are clean, presentable, and displayed attractively.
Keep brochures and promotional materials up to date.
Reporting
Maintain daily sales records.
Submit customer inquiries and feedback reports to management.
Communication Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Build long-term relationships with customers.
Maintain a database of leads and follow up with potential buyers.
Coordination with Finance and Insurance Teams
Assist customers in applying for loans or insurance.
Liaise with finance companies or agents when needed.
Digital Marketing & Online Promotion:
Social Media Management & Marketing
Create and post engaging content on Facebook and other social media platforms.
Run paid promotions (page boost, post boost) to attract leads.
Conduct Facebook Live sessions to showcase new bikes, offers, and showroom events.
Reply to online inquiries via comments, messages, and calls.
Coordinate with the design or marketing team to plan and schedule digital campaigns.
Monitor social media analytics and engagement for improvement.
