Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our finance team. The Accounts Officer will be responsible for managing the financial records of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and statements.
Transaction Management: Process and record all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Audits: Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and information.
