Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Masters in any discipline with no third division in academic records.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare the risk grading of branches/offices on the risk parameters.
∎ To prepare a risk based internal audit plan for the bank.
∎ To conduct effective monitoring on the proper implementation of various control tools.
∎ To conduct effective monitoring for timely submission of regulatory returns as per the calendar of returns.
∎ To prepare Annual Health Report of the Bank.
∎ To review the LDCL/QOR and take necessary action as per ICC guidelines.
∎ To monitor the effectiveness of the bank's internal control system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 05 (Five) years' working experience in Banks, with minimum 02 (Two) years' experience in the related field. i.e. Monitoring Unit of ICCD.
∎ Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ Very good skills in MS Office
