Responsibilities & Context:
- মনিটরিংয়ের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র ও নির্দেশনা তৈরি করা
- শ্রমিক অথবা কর্মচারীদের কাজে উদ্বুদ্ধ করা
- কর্মচারীদের কাজের পর্যালোচনা করে রিপোর্ট তৈরি করা।
- প্রার্থীর ব্যবস্থাপনা দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
- প্রার্থীকে সৎ, নম্র, কাজ করতে আগ্রহী, প্রতিভাবান এবং দায়িত্বশীল হতে হবে।প্রার্থীকে চাপের মধ্যে কাজ করার মত মানসিক প্রস্তুতি রাখতে হবে।
