Job Responsibilities:
∎ OBJECTIVE 1: ESTABLISHING AND IMPLEMENTING A ROBUST MEAL SYSTEM ADAPTED BY THE ECHO DRR PROJECT
∎ Work with PM & develop implementation and maintenance of the MEAL Plan for the project.
∎ Conduct regular field visits and monitor the project's interventions and activities.
∎ Contribute in the implementation of the robust MEAL system;
∎ Contribute in the collection and reporting of data as required by the donors and ACF management;
∎ Contribute in the regular analysis of data in order to inform outputs and outcomes of relevant project;
∎ Contribute in the technical support to implementing partner in all aspects of the MEAL;
∎ Contribute to complete and/or implement- beneficiary/participants selection and registration, activity monitoring, process monitoring, Tab and web based MIS, Activity Performance Reports (APRs), MIS Dashboards, Data feedback, exposure visit, quarterly field findings & reflection Meetings, best practice/case study documentation, Post Distribution Monitoring, KAP Surveys, training follow-up assessments, household/facility surveys, and cross-cutting themes.

∎ OBJECTIVE 2: CONTRIBUTE SURVEYS, ASSESSMENT, IEC MATERIALS DEVELOPMENT AND CAPACITY BUILDING TRAININGS
∎ Participate in the context specific study through stakeholder's consultation to enable and guide forecast based early actions
∎ Participate in the organization of surveys and evaluations.
∎ Provide due support and/or participate in any external/internal assessments if needed.
∎ Produce GIS map,
∎ Contribute and design project bulletin and progress report
∎ Design project materials and presentation
∎ Development of user-friendly training documents, IEC materials and knowledge dissemination centre related to cyclone forecast based early actions
∎ Develop materials for staff capacity building training, orientation and meeting
∎ Develop materials to enhance the capacity of DMCs (Disaster Management Committees), SMCs (Shelter Management Committees), Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and local stakeholders
∎ Periodically asses the capacity and performance of the project stakeholder as well as staff.

∎ OBJECTIVE 3: ENSURING ACCOUNTABILITY AND STRENGTHENING LEARNING AND KNOWLEDGE SHARING
∎ Together with Program Manager and Implementing Partner, as per needs, contribute to design accountability minimum standards;
∎ Contribute to implement these minimum standards;
∎ On a regular basis, contribute to do analysis of feedback and complaints received by partners;
∎ Contribute in the quality accountability report on quarterly basis.
∎ Together with Program Manager and Implementing Partners, conduct Focus Group Discussion and Case studies;
∎ Contribute in organizing experience sharing sessions at Project area;

∎ OBJECTIVE 4: EXTERNAL REPRESENTATION AND REPORTING
∎ Closely work with PM and partner to organize project inception meetings and launching.
∎ Meeting and workshop with relevant stakeholders as per guidance from the PM.
∎ Contribute to prepare reports (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, yearly & end of project);
∎ Contribute to prepare other reports or analysis to be shared with the donors or external stakeholder;
∎ Contribute and design project different reports, produce map, design project materials and presentation
∎ Represent ACF-MEAL team and/or ACF in the meetings at Satkhira level organized by the authorities and other stakeholders.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in quantitative & qualitative surveys/assessments/ evaluations;
∎ Technical background in DRR and FSL is a plus;
∎ Experience in statistics, database management and statistical treatment;
∎ Experience in facilitation of meetings/training sessions specific to MEAL
∎ Experience in quality control and accountability approaches;
Salary: Tk. 71000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 02 basic salary per year.
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary.
∎ End of Contract Benefits: End of Contract Benefits: 30 days of salary per year of service (No eligibility pro-rated under 1 year)
∎ Medical coverage: 80% hospitalization coverage medical expenses (max limit BDT 120,000 per year).
