∎ Under the supervision of Field Coordinator, the main purpose of MEAL MANAGER is to lead on ensuring the quality and accountability of our work in our new project donated by Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA), ensuring cross-learning among projects, creating systems for accountability to beneficiaries, donors and other stakeholders, and to build capacity of MEAL staff. The MEAL Manager will work closely with our program teams and partners to develop high quality monitoring systems and tools, which address indicators, set out in project proposals. He/she will ensure that learning from projects is systematically captured and used throughout the all program.
∎ The post holder will the implementing partner’s focal points who will also prepare external reports.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Co-building and coordinating a strong MEAL system adapted to the OFDA project, develop data-collection tools adapted to both IPs specificities and project requirements, ensure the quality of the data, and propose regular analysis of data collected by project/IPs, Coordinate the monthly MEAL meeting, design ToR.
∎ Ensuring project’s accountability towards beneficiaries, design accountability minimum standards and take initiative to successfully implement those.
∎ Strengthening learning and knowledge sharing across partners organize experience-sharing sessions across Partners; capture the impact of project activities through innovative ways, Work closely with the stakeholders in order to support their advocacy strategy.
∎ External representation and reporting, on a quarterly basis, responsible to prepare a narrative report, ensure the proper consolidation of all data, update activity plan of the project in close collaboration.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 (five) years of proven work experience in direct project management experience (planning, monitoring, and evaluation of large programs) in humanitarian context;
∎ Must be conversant with both qualitative and quantitative data collection methods and analysis.
∎ Previous experience with major donor proposal M&E requirements (USAID, OFDA, EC, UN agencies preferred).
∎ Capacity building experience in project monitoring, reporting, and evaluation
∎ Computer knowledge including Word, Excel, and Power Point
∎ Strong skills in written and spoken English.

Salary:
∎ Gross monthly Salary from 131,000 – 149 730 BDT upon experience;

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 1 month Gross salary every year;
∎ Provident Fund: 7.5% of Basic Salary;
∎ Performance Bonus: from 30 % to 80% of monthly Gross salary per year vary from performants;
∎ End of Contract Benefits - up to 2 months' Gross salary.
∎ PAID LEAVES:
∎ 18 days of paid annual leaves per year;
∎ 10 days of paid casual leaves per year;
∎ 14 days of paid sick leaves per year.
