Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Project Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible to develop the monitoring system for the project activities through developing monitoring tools for the project.
∎ M &E Officer will develop relevant tools for process and progress monitoring of planned activities of the project.
∎ M &E Officer Will be responsible for all monitoring data management in both soft and hard forms.
∎ Will be responsible for data collecting from KOBO Toolbox system as weekly basis and end of the month compilation data and prepare monthly and quarterly progress report maintaining timeline of donor agency.
∎ M &E Officer will be the act as focal point of GBVIMS data and keep all GBVIMS report incident recorder (IR) with very anonymously & maintaining confidentiality followed information sharing protocol (ISP)·
∎ M &E Officer will be responsible for process and progress monitoring at WGSS level.
∎ M &E Officer will guide and orient the relevant project staffs regarding KOBO collect and troubleshooting for smoothly data collection.
∎ M &E Officer will monitor the activities of the Case worker at WGSS level and logistic supply chain and report to the management for smooth functioning of WGSS.Documentation and reporting :
∎ Will be responsible for producing the analysis reports as per schedule/project documents and assist Program Manager to ensure the same.
∎ Will assist to PM for prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports of the project following the instructions and guideline by donor agency.
∎ Will maintain Training log and need assessment for capacity building of project staff.
∎ Will be responsible to document all the events conducted in the field.
∎ Will attend training session and monitor the training program and report to the management for further improvement·
∎ Will take lead role in case of any survey/study in the project, evaluation for the project and similar activities for the project.
∎ Collect all relevant good practices of the project activities and document through photographs and narrative reports.
∎ Prepare the M&E unit's periodic progress report and submit to supervisor.
∎ Assist project team to prepare period reports of project through providing M&E related information.
∎ Collect and/or assist to collect case story, best practice documentation, lesson learn; and update and manage that information in project's reports and other knowledge products.
∎ Work closely with the project to ensure that lessons learned from project evaluations are documented properly.Design and Implement M & E System:

∎ Contribute to design TOR, training materials, communication materials related to project and M&E System.Quality Assurance:

∎ Ensure that reports from partners/consultants are complete and meet the quality requirements.
∎ Undertake the quality control of project's implementing strategies and approaches.General responsibility:

∎ The Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer will be responsible for the design, coordination and implementation of the monitoring and evaluation, research, and learning framework of the Project. The M & E Officer will report to and work under the administrative supervision of the Program Manager and technical supervision of the Director-M & E, Mukti Cox's Bazar.
