Responsibilities & Context:
Provide accurate product/service information and answer customer queries.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain customer database and follow up with potential clients.
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.
Provide feedback to Senior Manager on customer objections and complaints.
Create and onboard new clients as needed.
Listen to and handle customer queries about product and service benefits effectively.
Submit daily reports to Senior Manager.
