Responsibilities & Context:

• Make outbound calls to clients for product promotion and sales.

• Provide accurate product/service information and answer customer queries.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain customer database and follow up with potential clients.

• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management.

• Provide feedback to your Senior manager on customer objection and complaints.

• New Client Need to be Created.

• Listen and handle customers queries about product and service benefits Effetely.

• Daily Report Submitted by your Senior.
