∎ Minimum "5 B" in O-Level and "2 B" in A-Level (in case of English Medium Students)
∎ Only published results are acceptable

∎ Our MT Program is designed to develop incumbent with complete knowledge of Banking Business and operations. You will get exposure in different functions of the Bank. Our vision is to nurture you as future leaders of the Bank.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age:
∎ Not exceeding 30 (thirty) years as on last date of application
∎ Maximum age limit for descendants of Freedom Fighter/Martyr Freedom Fighter is 32 (thirty-two) years
∎ Behavioral Competencies:
∎ Positive Attitude and Desire to Learn
∎ Effective Communication Skill
∎ Strong Knowledge on Computer
∎ Your Commitment : You are required to sign an Indemnity Bond to serve the Bank for a minimum period of 3 (three) years
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
Salary:
∎ 2 (two) years` Development Program
Monthly Consolidated Salary of BDT 45,000.00 during the Development Program
On successful completion of Development Program, MTS` will be directly absorbed as Executive Officer under regular pay scale with Monthly gross salary of BDT 62,000.00 and other benefits as per Bank`s Policy
