Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Opening and Closing of the Office timely.
∎ Maintain the main secutity door for entry & exit of the visitor/s.
∎ Operate the photocopier machine.
∎ Receive & dispatch of letters.
∎ To deliver letters and percels to different offices and courier services.
∎ To assist all officers as and when required.
∎ Any other job as may be assigned to him from time to time by the higher authority.
