Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Masters in any subject with at least 2 years experience in Data management. Master in MIS or Bachelor in Urban Planning will be preferred.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Data Analysis, Data Entry, Monitoring
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor implementation status of the project activities as per plan.
∎ Collect field level data of the project activities, analyze the collected data and prepare monitoring report for management.
∎ Prepare and update monitoring tools for the project.
∎ Provide support and guidance to project staff in ensuring quality implementation of project activities.
∎ Attend review meeting organized by donors/respective authority
∎ Ensure proper documentation of project activities and information and data at project level.
∎ Do other job assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication in English
∎ Skill in data collection and analysis
∎ Good computer skill in MS Access, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
∎ Good report and case study writing skill in English
∎ Good communication skill in Chittagonian local dialect

Salary:
∎ Tk. 30000 - 32844 (Monthly)
∎ As per provision of the project

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill
