Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA (Accounting/ Finance/Management) from any public/ reputed private Universities with good academic record.
∎ Skills Required: excel (pivot tables, Formulation, Good Ms office and Emailing skill, MS Excel, vlookups)
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Inventory/ Store Management, Management Information System, MIS Reporting
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports.
∎ Collect, Prepare and Deliver the Reports as per defined timeline.
∎ Coordinate with the team members for the data collection.
∎ Experience in mass Data Handling, Cleaning, Compilation, Fetching, and Manipulation & Segregation.
∎ Provide support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS).
∎ Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
∎ Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
∎ Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
∎ Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
∎ Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
∎ Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
∎ Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
∎ Perform any other duty/responsibilities assigned by higher authorities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):MIS on Store/Inventory
∎ Good in Data Analytics.
∎ Strong Knowledge in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access.
∎ Required hands on experience in Formulas, V-lookup, and Pivot Table etc.
∎ Adequate knowledge in Accounting and Finance.
∎ Applicants must speak and write fluently in English.
∎ Strong analytical abilities, leadership skill & passion to grow.
