Requirements:

• 3-5 years of proven success working in a product company, with a strong track record of impactful design contributions.
• Hands-on experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, and user flows, showcasing the ability to translate ideas into tangible designs.
• Expertise with design tools like Figma, Sketch, and similar platforms.
• A knack for innovative solutions, openness to constructive feedback, and strong collaboration skills to thrive in a team environment.
• Extensive experience in UX design best practices, mobile-first and responsive design, with a deep understanding of user-centric design principles to create seamless and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing UI/UX solutions for websites, mobile apps, and web applications.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that translate user needs into functional designs.
• Refine designs based on feedback, user research, and project objectives.
• Identify design challenges and implement innovative solutions to enhance user interaction.
• Maintain and apply consistency through style guides and design documentation.
• Contribute to product development in an agile environment, ensuring designs align with business goals and user expectations.
• Collaborate with developers, copywriters, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered digital experiences.
