• 3–7 years of experience in operations or team management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Experience working with content, media, marketing, or tech teams is a plus.
• Confident communicator with leadership qualities.
• Obsessed with systems, structure, quality, and processes.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site in Chittagong.

To scale our operations, we’re hiring a Head of Operations who will manage teams, build systems, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Role Overview

You will run day-to-day operations, manage team leads, ensure projects finish on time, and build processes that help Prayogik grow faster. This role is best for someone who is a strong organizer, a system builder, and a fast executor.

You will work directly with the founder.

Key Responsibilites

• Manage and coordinate multiple teams (content, production, support, webinars, social media).
• Convert ideas, plans, and goals into clear weekly execution tasks.
• Build SOPs, workflows, and checklists for all recurring tasks.
• Create and maintain a centralized dashboard for project tracking.
• Improve efficiency, fix bottlenecks, and maintain quality.
• Hire, train, and manage new team members.
• Ensure on-time course production, flawless webinar execution, and consistent publishing.
• Oversee customer support and ensure high satisfaction.
