∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 16 to 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Require good product knowledge with capacity of handling very demanding and globally renowned customers.
∎ Source new customers, collect orders & maintain shipment schedule and follow up customers time to time
∎ Require follow up, assess critical path, prepare TNA Calendar and provide technical advice for the merchandisers' team.
∎ Ensure proper yarn and accessories sourcing within the lead time and according to the buyers' standard and selection.
∎ Keep good relationship with suppliers and buyers.
∎ Ensure repeat order and increase volume of production time to time.
∎ Ensure on time sample development and keep records of samples and its counters.
∎ Attend in buyers' meeting and provide proper feedback toward buyers.
∎ Assist buyers to pick right yarn, accessories and designs by showing good samples, swatch books and color cards.
∎ Conduct weekly meeting with the team and discuss about individual target of merchandisers and discuss about common problem and give immediate solution.
∎ Arrange meeting with Sample, IE, and Planning & Production department after confirming order and provide guidelines to ensure on-time shipment.
∎ Conduct one to one session or meeting with team members to motivate, support and solve problem of subordinates.
∎ Ensure development of the merchandisers by building strong relationship and inspire them to work as a team.
∎ Always prepare meeting minutes and keep that in record for the management.
∎ Be active on email to ensure prompt response.
∎ Keep records for every style or orders for coordinating with Merchandising and Commercial Department.
∎ Coordinate with sample department, supply chain, production & store department of the company.
∎ Coordinate with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer.
∎ Hit monthly production target and ensure quality service towards the buyers.
∎ Budget & finance control in all merchandising activities by coordinating with Merchandising and Commercial Department.
∎ Maintain and update sales target and client database time to time.
∎ Always ready to communicate on email & WhatsApp.
∎ Trouble shoots for any merchandising related problem.
∎ Foresee problem & take necessary measures.
∎ Follow up on routine activities
∎ Required to provide a prompt response for top management and buyers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Fluent in oral and written English.
∎ Strong computer skills in Excel/Office/PPT/Outlook, etc.
∎ Have ability to manage multiple priorities, and flexible to constantly change schedule and priorities.
∎ Being enthusiastic and highly motivated at work place.
∎ Well organized, detail follow up & willing to work under pressure.
∎ Good costing negotiation skills, strong product development skills.
∎ Be proactive and take more initiatives & solve problems and share them with others.
