Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering from any reputed textile institution.
∎ Bangladesh University of Textiles,Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology students will get preference.
∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Main responsibility is to sourcing buyer, collect order and process the orders independently from development to till shipments with highest level of accuracy.
∎ Visit to factories as per schedule to ensure all the garments are produced as per buyer's requirements.
∎ Regular Interacting with the buyers directly for any clarifications, managing all samples & getting all required approvals within the target dates constantly guiding the sample with production teams keeping in mind the bulk production & the challenges during the bulk production - at the same time ensuring high quality, high efficiency & high productivity.
∎ Able to handle several numbers of orders / styles at a time independently.
∎ Prepare buyer & factory T&A plans and able to oversee sampling, production & quality ensuring all orders are shipped on time with the right Quality.
∎ Follow up production as per approved T & A and attend PP meeting.
∎ Communicate with listed suppliers for: raw materials, all approval, booking as well as delivery.
∎ Maintain Fabric, Accessories booking and in-house on time.
∎ Follow-up Fabric, Washing, Printing, Embroidery, Sample & Garments construction to ensure right Quality.
∎ Monitor and check production status.
∎ Communicate with customers/Buyer from sampling to shipment and update everyday accordingly
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure best final product. Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.

∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have experience in Knit Garments Merchandising.
