Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters / MBA preferably on merchandising faculty.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing new Customers/ Buyers independently.
∎ Formulate and Implement SOP and KPI for Merchandising Department.
∎ Experience on managing processes from Pre-production to Shipment.
∎ Knowledge of costing and buyer negotiation.
∎ Experience on sourcing and negotiating for accessories.
∎ Practical knowledge of production follow-up and ensure proper execution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have excellent communication skills in English for both in writing and speaking.
∎ Team building and team leading capability.
∎ Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
∎ Should possess vast knowledge in Production & Quality of Woven Products

Salary: Negotiable
