∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in Textile engineering from reputed university.
∎ Experience in International Marketing will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
International Marketing, Merchandising
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be capable of handling foreign buyers directly,
∎ Able to handle account & the respective buyers individually
∎ Conduct meeting independently
∎ Purchase order, contract generation and maintenance;
∎ Product pricing and capacity management;
∎ Must have excellent knowledge in costing.
∎ Sample development and approval process
∎ Set the team KPI & monitoring goals.
∎ Be a good role model and work on building the team to a top performing team.
∎ Support merchandiser team to be proactive and to take more initiatives & solve problems and share them with the rest of the group.
∎ Work closely with Senior Technician, Senior QC and COC to ensure best final product.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 year’s Merchandising experience in Lingerie products.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English (Spoken & Written),
∎ Must have order handling experience in ERP software.
∎ Must have good product and sourcing knowledge.
∎ Result oriented and self-driven with strong focus on deadlines.
∎ Cooperate attitude, ability to work as a team leader.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
