∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ • At least 10 years working experience in garments industry.
∎ • The candidate should have sound knowledge on all operations including sample, cutting, sewing, finishing etc.
∎ • The candidate should have sound knowledge on different type of knit fabrics & their faults.
∎ • The candidate must be hard working, energetic & smart to run a knit garments efficiently.
∎ • The candidate should have modern concept on cost & manpower minimization.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ • To ensure that the required sewing line/machinery, people & materials are allocated to achieve the production & shipment targets all the styles.
∎ • To make necessary production plan as per the shipment schedule provided by Merchandising or Planning Department.
∎ • To monitor the availability of fabrics, trims & accessories and to coordinate the same with the store & Merchandizing department.
∎ • To coordinate with the cutting department & the concerned customer QCs for ensuring smooth production & deliveries.
∎ • To ensure Line feeding as per line plan.
∎ • To ensure quality & efficiency as per management instruction.
∎ • To ensure proper housekeeping, discipline & sharp tools management.
∎ • To review production report CM earning report and OT worked report of the floor on daily/weekly basis in order to ensure maximum profitable operation.
∎ • Control OT & avoid working hour violation.
∎ • Adding bottleneck immediately & increase productivity & efficiency.
∎ • To ensure that the accurate production records are maintained properly. Also, to make sure that once the shipment is made the shipped order is being handed over to the store department.
∎ • To ensure optimum utilization of all machinery, equipment, attachment etc. among with necessary manpower for establishing minimum wastage / process loss of all the materials.
∎ • To ensure that the necessary compliance issues are maintained on the production floor on regular basis.
∎ • To ensure that all the garments are produced in right quality and delivered on time.
∎ • To ensure that proper working conditions and compliance requirements at work place are maintained.
∎ • Resolve problems if any (if need with the help of management) & report to management regularly.
∎ • To prepare and to submit necessary reports required by the Management.
∎ • To ensure that all the quality requirements of the concern buyers are being maintained properly.
∎ • To achieve production target consistently.
∎ • Any other related jobs that may assign by the Management.
