∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Must be presentable & good communication in English.
∎ Sound in technical knowledge regarding fabric/testing/commercial/costing.
∎ Leadership.
∎ Job Location: Sataish Road, Gazipura, Tongi, Gazipur.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You are responsible to guide 45 people's team for marketing, merchandising & RND.
∎ Coordination with production & planning for on time delivery.
∎ You have to ensure that fabric and accessories are in factory at right quantity and quality as per set time frame for production.
∎ You have to work with the suppliers for committed orders and monitor the production critical path regularly to ensure on time shipment.
∎ You have to co-ordinate and liaise with buyers & factory for developing new product & design, as well as on board new volumetric customers.
∎ You have to coach and guide of your merchandising team for developing the follow up system of each order, ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ You have to continuously monitor the overall activities of suppliers, commercial, shipping, quality checking of goods, etc. to ensure smooth production and shipment.
∎ You have to do any other tasks assigned by the authority.
