1. At least 2 years on mentioned position.
2. Sound knowledge on lean production system.
3. Strong operation breakdown knowledge with minimum helper job.
4. Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skill.
5. Good communication skills in both English and Bengali.
6. Good knowledge & skills in computing.
7. Must be familiar with modern garments factory practices.
8. Sound knowledge on cost reduction & control.
9. Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame

1. Short layout or cell design capabilities for short orders.

2. Strong and proactive leadership skills.

3. Good knowledge on garments costing at marketing stage and focus to achieve each on post cost.

4. Training and development skills.

5. Can able to lead and teach team members.

6. Good communication and negotiation skills.

7. Strong analytical skills.

8. Self-assurance of quality or errorless work.
