Responsibilities & Context:

• Follow up the particular styles which have taken over.

• On time placement of materials, trims, & accessories & follow up the supply status.

• Alert on the shortages & excess of particular orders.

• Allocation & de allocation procedure has to be manage with in the consumption.

• Maintain the style check list for each & every style for receiving & issuing.

• Monitoring the sample procedure & submit the samples for buyer & negotiation with relevant parties.

• Assist to all other work related to merchandising.

• Daily correspondence with Buyer

• Style Entry /Item Creating

• Follow up on Import Acyl’s.

• Production follow up as per shipment plan.

• To get all Bulk Approval from Buyer (Fabric and Trims)Organizing PP Meetings

• Sending FI Schedules to Buyer

• Updating CP’s to buyers.

• Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment.

• Maintain the quality policy & objective and ISO requirements.

• Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.
