• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 24 to 30 years

• Good knowledge to handle woven sub contract business.

• Sound Knowledge to prepare costing;

• Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.

• Computer Literacy is a must especially in office package.

• Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.

• Vast knowledge of different sub contract factories for the various items like outerwear, woven tops, bottoms, denim bottoms etc.
• Carry out end-to-end merchandising process for the relevant product line
• Handle daily order follow-ups, cost negotiation and work closely with suppliers on production planning
• Order tracking and offer problem-solving solutions to internal and external parties
• Travel to production site to ensure production is running smoothly and products are of good quality
