Responsibilities & Context:
- The entire merchandising process from product development to shipment.
- Have to coordinate sample development, following up with the design and production teams.
- Have to handle order confirmations and track production progress.
- Have to make sure all deliveries are completed on time according to buyer schedules.
- Monitor and manage inventory.
- Communicate with internal department for requirement parts/goods.
- Maintaining related software.
- Work with external supplier, vendors and ensure timely delivery.
- Have to maintain proper register of warehouse.
- Communicate with customers for production order.
- Any other task which is assign by management.
