Responsibilities & Context:
- Preparing document for export and import.
- Banking work for EXP, LC, DP, bill submission and others.
- Export and Import related all works with customs.
- Documents prepare for custom audit.
- Check and maintain warehouse balance as per bond register.
- Report raw material status to PMC department.
- Collection of bill of Landing (B/L), Airway Bill, Freight Certificate/ Cargo Receipt, Insurance Cover Note etc.
- Build up a better relation & correspondence with buyers, bankers, C & F agent and others.
- Prepare / proceeds statement of export & import report on time daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis
