Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be young, energetic with an attitude to be self-driven, dynamic, result oriented, honest and responsible.
∎ Understand Merchandising Calendar. Plan & Execute product development from existing or new suppliers and make sure samples sent to buyer on time meeting specification & requirements.
∎ Follow-up product development and ensure that products meet customers required quality.
∎ Monitoring the sample sent and receive dates to ensure smooth production flow.
∎ Good knowledge on fabric, consumption & order follow-up.
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
∎ Coordinate with production team for proper & in-time execution of production.
∎ Build and maintain strong communication with suppliers to get goods on time with proper planning and coordination.
∎ Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in fabric, pre-production sample and bulk production.
∎ Make internal plan with CP / TNA for tracking production & final inspection for on time shipment.
∎ Follow-up with planning/production/commercial team and ensure shipments on time.
∎ Perform any other relevant tasks assigned by the management.
∎ Candidate should have strong knowledge about quality control and commercial.
∎ Supervise and coordinate each and every aspect of the department.
∎ Ensure smooth merchandising operations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
