Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents, photocopy.
∎ Assist in preparing information and research materials, create and maintain PowerPoint presentations.
∎ Research and gather documentation on company.
∎ Organize, and maintain conference rooms, training rooms, and meeting rooms.
∎ Communicating with clients to answer questions and resolve issues.
∎ Conducting research and compiling data about industry trends and performance.
∎ Supporting the team in developing plans and strategies.
∎ Schedule, plan and complete reporting of determined business area or department.
∎ Weekly and monthly reporting of different business needs.
∎ Proper documentation and file management.
∎ Knowledge on internet browsing and LinkedIn.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Effective Communication skills.
∎ Ability to multitask and be a quick learner.
Salary: Tk. 5000 (Monthly)
