• 12 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

12-15 years of work experience in  the Garments Industry.

1. Coordinating and monitoring product development process with suppliers.
2. Support in administrative and filing activities & Monitoring supplier performance.
3. Provide details about packing list, weight, quantity, carton etc. Overall follow-up, i.e.
4. product development to shipment.
5. Make perfect costing, sourcing of trims & accessories, fabrics to be in house before bulk production starts.
6. Pricing, negotiation and order confirmation.
7. Fabric handling from development to garment shipment.
8.  To maintain professional relationship between buyer and manufacturer.
9.  To collect the PO (purchase order) from buyer. 
10. To prepare an order plan, according to the right product, in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantities, at the right price, in the right promotion. 
11. To break down the order sheet.
12.  To prepare the order costing and price quoting. 
13. To set up internal order list. 
14. To monitor the garments sample process according to the buyer requirement.· To collect the all of garments·  fabric, accessories & trims.· To get lab dips.
15.  To ensure buyer approval.· To make sure productions follow up.
16. To maintain product quality. 
17. To follow up shipment process according to the buyer instructions.· 
18. To ensure smooth shipment process.· 
19. To maintain merchandising files and updating time and action plan (TNA)
