To strengthen our global business presence, we are looking for an experienced: General Manager - Global Buyer Sourcing & Business Development (Garments Buyer) to join our team.Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced individual with 15-20 years of proven expertise in the apparel sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in buyer sourcing, direct buyer communication, and strategic development — especially with clients in USA, North America, South America, Europe and Others region. Key Responsibilities

  • Source and establish new buyer relationships in USA, North America, South America, Europe and Others region.

  • Identify and build direct connections with international buyers, brands, wholesalers, and retailers.

  • Develop and execute sourcing and business development strategies aligned with company goals.

  • Plan and implement strategies to attract bulk clothing orders from global markets.

  • Utilize digital marketing, social media, and B2B platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Alibaba).

  • Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to showcase capabilities and secure new buyers.

  • Manage all buyer communications, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.

  • Foster long-term buyer relationships through proactive support, trust-building, and regular updates.

  • Negotiate pricing and close contracts that align with both buyer and company interests.

  • Coordinate between buyers, merchandising, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.

  • Monitor global market trends and evolving buyer requirements to stay competitive.

  • Stay updated on international apparel trade regulations and compliance standards.

  • Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, setting performance goals and driving results.

  • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports on buyer acquisition, sourcing progress, and marketing activities.
