- Product Development: Lead the product development process for Knit garments, working closely with the design team to ensure that the product meets customer and market requirements.
- Sourcing and Vendor Management: Identify and manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers. Negotiate contracts and terms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality. Meeting buyers and negotiating the terms of the contract of the buyer`s policy.
- Merchandise Planning: Create and manage merchandise plans, considering seasonal trends, sales targets, and budget constraints. Ensure optimal stock levels and inventory management.
- Quality Control: Establish and maintain quality control standards for woven garments, working with relevant teams to ensure the products meet quality expectations.
- Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and maintain awareness of market pricing to ensure competitiveness while maintaining profitability. Trend and Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and customer preferences to inform product development and merchandising strategies.
