Education:
∎ Masters/ MBA / B.Sc (Textile Engineering) from recognized university having good CGPA.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 - 7 years working experience having minimum 5 (five) year experience as a Merchandiser in reputed BUYING HOUSE or in RMG FACTORY working with direct BUYER/BRAND having its office in ABROAD.
∎ Must have completed degree course on merchandising from a reputed institution.
∎ Must have mathematical background with good command in English language.
∎ Must have good communication skill.
∎ Must have experience in Merchandising, Preparing time and action plan, Booking of Raw-materials, Sample Management and Production Monitoring in factory
∎ Must have experience in working with Production and Quality department of factory to ensure on time shipment of orders by exercising interpersonal skill with the production staff.
∎ Excellent command in both verbal and written English.
∎ Able to work under pressure in fast-track working environment.
∎ Must have good skill in PC applications.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To handle different buyer's order independently.
∎ Sourcing of fabrics, yarn, trims and accessories from home and abroad.
∎ To coordinate with sample sections, factories as and when required.
∎ To maintain liaison with buyers and PP & QA department.
∎ Independently make Time and Action (T&A) plans & Follow up accordingly.
∎ Control and monitor production status as per customer satisfaction.
∎ To ensure timely shipment.
∎ To Solve & communicate any problem to higher authority.
∎ The management of a reputed Group of RMG Companies (Woven/Knit) is looking for qualified and dynamic candidates to fill up the vacant posts Merchandiser/ Sr. Merchandiser.
