Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering/Fashion Design/Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be capable of handling foreign buyers independently.
∎ Must be 100% Accurate in costing/consumption.
∎ Detailed follow-up of timeline/critical path of each order.
∎ Arrange fabrics/accessories of the right quality with planned time frame for smooth production.
∎ Monitor/ execution of supply order, Commercial process, quality of production to ensure on-time shipment.
∎ Following up quotations and sampling new buyers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven experience as a Merchandiser in the Knit Garments Industry, with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience for the Merchandiser/ Sr. Merchandiser position.
∎ Extensive knowledge of knit fabrics, production processes, and garment construction techniques.
∎ Strong negotiation and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and international buyers.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
∎ Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards is preferred.
∎ The person must have to stay near the factory location.
Salary: Negotiable
