• Those who are working on Pridesys ERP in previous shall get preference.
• Having CAD and Illustrator knowledge will get preference.
• Should have good marketing skill.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, mail communication, uses of internet is a must.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Communication skills both in oral and written in English.
• The traveling expenses will be bear by the employee.
• Must have good knowledge about woven garments·
• Good knowledge in price quotation and product development.
• Candidate must be expert in shipment follow-up and communication with buyers.

• To be responsible for monitoring and sourcing complete sample, lab dips, accessories, trims from home & abroad and communicate with various suppliers to get the current price/ strike off / Hand loom·
• Strong & Adequate working knowledge of sourcing, Market Survey with competitive Negotiation Skill·     
• To prepare purchase orders, internal order & costing sheets·  
•  Sound knowledge on production (pattern, consumption and wash etc.)·    
• Candidate need to coordinate with marketing, design, supply chain, production & store department of the company.
• To mediate production and quality department and work closely with QA to ensure best final product & take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.       
• Co-ordinates with production team in order to deliver on time shipment.    
• Ensure minimum lead time to production & execute the maximum profit from all merchandise·        
• Having excellent product knowledge with capacity of handling more demanding and globally renowned customers
• Maintaining all kinds of reports pertinent to the unit activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management
