• Collaborate with Production Manager to create effective monthly production plans.

• Review plans, ensuring optimal capacity and cost reduction for increased profitability.

• Responsible for effective Production planning and efficient implementation.

• Conduct regular meetings to monitor order status, plan schedules, and allocate production lines efficiently.

• Order status monitoring & responsible for achieve production and sure in time RMG Shipment.

• Foster strong relationships with production teams for seamless collaboration.

• Manage production planning staff and oversee raw material scheduling to meet production schedules.

• Study and optimize time and motion, ensuring efficient resource utilization.

• Supervise pre-production activities, maintaining back-to-back feeding to achieve targets without compromising quality.

• Motivate and train workers to consistently meet production targets with uncompromising quality.        

• The candidate will be responsible for managing Garments production related all activities of the factory independently.       

• Candidates who have proven leadership skills and having hands on experience to increase.        

• Monitor, Supervise & Control overall HR, Admin & Compliance.        

• Preparing to face different third party and Buyer compliance audits.

• Implement effective strategies for developing the organizational culture.       

• Deployment of Security Guards, Fire Fighting System, Evacuation Procedure & Emergency Contact.        

• To supervise & control of duties, responsibilities of subordinate staff.        

• Other duties & responsibilities related to plant administration as & when required.          

• To coordinate with all Govt., Semi-Govt. organization and to solve local issue if any.        

• To entertain buyer, Visitor during audit/visit factory.          

• To oversee overall factory activities to smooth run factory as in-charge of the unit.        

• Need present at factory open to closure.
