∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any reputed university.
∎ Technical qualification on Textile/ Fashion Design will be an added advantage.

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ This position is that of Merchandiser / Senior Merchandiser (Knit and Woven) and the incumbent is responsible for overall activities and outcome of an assigned segment of business account with absolute integrity and honesty:
∎ Good network with factories and sourcing.
∎ Costing and confirmation of price, placement of orders, etc of all Woven and Knit products.
∎ Must have very good knowledge of garments.
∎ Must have an understanding of fabric terms (Knowledge of all types particularly Woven and Knit fabrics).
∎ Assignment of jobs and monitoring the activities (team members, if any).
∎ Monitor production and ensure time schedule and quality of garments.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Merchandising and Production.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Buying House, Garments
∎ Should be able to anticipate and provide solutions to the problems.
∎ Should be proficient in the use of computer, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, etc.
∎ Good communication skills both spoken and written in English and Bangla, ability to speak Hindi will be an added advantage.
∎ Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure.
