Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile Technology
∎ Masters
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Apparel Manufacturing from a recognized university will get preference
∎ BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Factory Merchandising, The applicant should have experience in Garments.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Depth knowledge and practical experience on calculation of costing, budgeting and fabrics booking sheet, BOM sheet.
∎ Able to maintain Time & Action (T&A) plan
∎ Work closely with Fabrics, Production & Planning Dept to ensure smooth supply chain of all raw materials, timely production, final inspection, and On Time Delivery
∎ Work closely with production, quality control /QA Team to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage and ensure best final product.
∎ Handle sample development and approval process efficiently to the satisfaction of the buyers;
∎ Customer / Order handling independently and run a team of 2-3 members of Merchandisers and Assistant Merchandisers
∎ Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reporting to reporting boss;
∎ Must have sound knowledge about product consumption, costing & pricing process/procedure.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Those who lives in savar surrounding areas will get preference.
