Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strictly follow up of production Time and action calendar.
∎ Ensure smooth Mail execution with buying house and supplier
∎ Have to be sound knowledge about print/emb/wash /new fabric development and all technique
∎ Have to be capable to source new innovation for materials /Fabrics and yarn.
∎ To Maintain TNA date about all sampling program.
∎ Execution of sourcing trims / accessories and do follow up with supplier for the raw material as per TNA.
∎ Ensure quality execution of orders up to ship the goods maintaining effective TNA;
∎ Assist the local procurement team to source trims/accessories as required maintaining the standard;
∎ Effective follow-up on materials inventory, production process, quality standards & team performance.
∎ Keeping track of style status and updating the same to top management as required.
∎ Prepares production file with details documents, approvals, and samples for bulk production.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
∎ Check PO sheet against agreed ETD and price.
∎ Must need to do good handover the file to production unit once order /sample confirmed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate who work with KOHLS buyer will given preference.
∎ Must be able to take responsibility with honesty, sincerity, and professionalism.
∎ Strong communication in English.
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ Possess the high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, Word, and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
∎ Must have teamwork and cooperation mentality.
Salary: Negotiable
