Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in IPE
∎ Skills Required: Computer Operating, Good communication skills, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong Supply chain follow up of Planned styles to meet PCD with Merchandising /fabric and Trims purchase department /Factory fabric and trims stores
∎ Well know in garments manufacturing process and accessories products & production like Woven Label,
∎ Printed Label, Offset Items, Elastic, Drawstring, Poly, Carton, Gum Tape, Twill Tape etc.
∎ Plan for the coming order by managing capacity both inside and outside of the organization. Forecast upcoming work load and take action accordingly. Build effective communication with the departments of customer care, supply chain, production, quality, store, and maintenance for smooth delivery.
∎ Analyze the daily & monthly production plan and sort out the loop holes and give necessary direction to achieve the departmental goal.
∎ Conduct the daily production meeting to follow up the weekly delivery schedule and running problem which is related with shipment.
∎ Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, estimate production cost and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities. Implement lean manufacturing process.
∎ Monitor operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization and project information to
∎ charts and functions worker determine responsibilities.
∎ Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability
∎ objectives of finished product.
∎ Recommend methods for improving utilization of personnel, material, and utilities.
∎ Regulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to
∎ expedite production operations.
∎ Perform any other task as assigned by the superior. Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site. Having a clean
∎ desk policy must have sound knowledge of Microsoft excel & formulation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Must have at least 5 years work experience in Industrial Engineering with large Knit Garments;
Experience in Industrial Engineering with large Knit Garments will get preference;
Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills;
Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker;
Strong technical and time management skill;
Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives;
Ability to lead the team and appraise.
