• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Design, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Strong knowledge of apparel merchandising, order execution, and production processes.

• Good understanding of costing, consumption, fabrics, trims, and accessories.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

1. Execute the complete order merchandising process from development to shipment.

2. Communicate and coordinate with international buyers regarding order status, product development, approvals, and delivery schedules.

3. Follow up on sampling, costing, order confirmation, and production planning.

4. Coordinate with sourcing, planning, production, QA, washing, printing, embroidery, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution.

5. Monitor the Time & Action (T&A) calendar and proactively resolve production-related issues.

6. Ensure raw material availability and follow up on trims and fabric sourcing.

7. Track production progress and ensure on-time shipment while maintaining buyer requirements.

8. Prepare merchandising reports and update management regularly.

9. Maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
