Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communication with Custome;
∎ Discussion with factory responsible based on the necessit;
∎ Maintain effective communications with every concern department;
∎ Maintain all Booking (Material) related issues;
∎ Maintain/ monitoring Sample & BULK Progress Management;
∎ All Seasonal development follow up;
∎ Product development;
∎ Fabric developement;
∎ Collaboration with DESIGN STUDIO & R&D team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Work experience with Champion buyer will get preference.
∎ The incumbent should have at least 2 years work experience in merchandising with large knit garments.
∎ Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
