• Age At least 26 years

• The incumbent should have at least 2 years work experience in merchandising with large knit garments.
• Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker. Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Production follow up & Communication with Costumer;

• Discussion with factory responsible based on the necessity;

• Maintain effective communications with every concern department;

• Maintain all Booking (Material) related issues;

• Maintain/ monitoring Sample & BULK Progress Management;

• All Seasonal development follow up;

• Product development;

• Fabric development;

• Collaboration with DESIGN STUDIO & R&D team.
