∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in APPAREL
∎ BGMEA University of Fashion Technology,University of Dhaka,National University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: 10 to 15 years in a knit composite factory., 8 to 10 years in the relevant position
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop fabrics ,trim and accessories in short lead time & make for product development .
∎ Ensure cost effective sourcing of Men, Women & Kids Apparel Categories. Speciality in Woven bottom.
∎ Able to run a team with merchandiser and assistant and interns.
∎ Prepare Cost Sheet, Material check list, Time and action plan.
∎ Follow up on Material Check list and Time and Action plan.
∎ Capable of revision on material check list and time and action plan as per changes in situation and adjust plan.
∎ Propose innovative product solutions and smart negotiations with suppliers to ensure margin is maximized without compromising the quality.
∎ Product breakdown costs of woven garments to support strong negotiation position with suppliers .
∎ Place the product in the right time for production according to the agreed strategy & meet the buyer deadline .
∎ Co-ordination sourcing & make sure to supply to production team on based of Time & Action plan to meet agreed FOB date .
∎ Ensure that all materials have been tested and meet the buyers required standard.
∎ Opening up new business opportunities with buyers to compliment core competencies of existing excellent supply base .
∎ Must be able to source new business and new buyers
∎ Must be able to make price quotation independently
∎ Must have good IQ level with good communication skill
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
