Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure and implement Open Door and Management by Walking Around policy
∎ Drive and develop strategies for sustainable improvement in productivity, performance and business profitability.
∎ Establish good governance, justice, congenial working atmosphere, Industrial Relationship and Internal Compliance & Control in the Unit
∎ Lead, mentor, and provide clear guidance to leadership and ensure accountability
∎ Manage and control optimum utilization of resources and all activities within monthly Budget
∎ Coordinate Audits and ensure that they are passed in the first attempt
∎ Collaborate and coordinate with local body for smooth operations of the unit
∎ Develop and establish policies, SOPs and ensure continuous improvement in the unit
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
