∎ The Candidate must have hands-on experience in Lingerie manufacturing process.
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Merchandising department.
∎ Communicate with buying team on a daily basis.
∎ Strong knowledge of fabric & trim cost.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Ready Made Garment Factories and Buying Offices.
∎ Strong communication skills in English.
∎ Self-motivated, proactive and goal oriented.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
∎ The Candidate must have hands-on experience in Lingerie manufacturing process.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be capable to contact with a potential buyer for Business Development.
∎ Develop new Buyer and handle different Buyer's orders independently.
∎ Costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the suppliers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Communicate with fabric, trims, and accessories supplier for booking and on time delivery.
∎ Maintain communication with buyers regarding sample follow up and all other issues.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on-time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Handle day to day merchandising operation.
∎ Coordinate with factory production team.
∎ Must be capable to contact with a potential buyer for Business Development.
