∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Communication, Computer skill, english fluency

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring the negotiation skill to deal with buyers and suppliers to make a win-win situation.
∎ Work with team to make a shoe materials consumption, shoe pricing and costing to offer the competitive price to buyers.
∎ Work with the other operations departments to ensure a high level of customer service while managing working capital levels
∎ Develops long range planning initiatives for production control group, which include continuously evaluating the plant's needs, capacities, capital, expenses, etc. to meet growth goals
∎ Establishes effective communication with various groups such as customers, sales offices, corporate and plan production departments to ensure on time delivery of products and team support
∎ Planning and releasing of raw material and other consumables schedule to purchase department and coordination with them for its timely procurement and effective control.
∎ Create and present seasonal product assortments leveraging market knowledge, consumer insights, trend assessment and financial risk and reward. Partner with sales, merchandising planning/operations, and marketing to guarantee that the seasonal plans align with the company goals and initiatives.
∎ Provide leadership and direction to develop a collaborative working environment with product creation teams and sales teams. Resolve process issues and recommend ways to continually improve the interaction of team members as well as process efficiencies.
∎ Present seasonal plans and product assortments to sales partners, as well as senior management. Attend and present assigned product lines to sales force at sales meetings and key retailer meetings.
∎ To maintain professional relationship between foreign/national buyers and suppliers.
∎ Delivering the good communication skills among buyers and suppliers.
∎ To collect the PO from buyer and make proper plans to ensure the shoe deliver at right time.
∎ Must be proficient in using computers like as Power point, Excel, MS word, email, virtual platform, letter and online activities
∎ Communicate with buying offices efficiently
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ English medium will get a preference.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ There will have performance bonus considering efficiency and contribution.
