∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Zaman Fashionwear Limited is a 100% Export Oriented Woven Garments Industry. Business: 100% Export Oriented Woven Industry having currently approx. 1200 manpower which is expanding day by day. Company is accumulating all modern machineries and equipment`s from renowned companies for its better productivity & quality.
∎ Job Location: Factory : Gazipur (Mawna); and Corporate office: Dhaka (Uttara)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Internal & external communication, marketing with buyers' liaison office;
∎ Product development and Sampling;
∎ Preparing internal order sheets for production team;
∎ Accessories & trims in-housing;
∎ Making financial presentations to senior managers;
∎ Preparing purchase orders;
∎ Negotiating quantities and delivery time-scales;
∎ Getting approvals on lab dips, PP;
∎ Advising and assisting production and quality department;
∎ Taking responsibility for inspections; and
∎ Giving shipping instructions and following shipment.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Apparel merchandising, Garment Marketing, Merchandising and Production.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Garments
∎ 5-7 years working experience in export oriented woven garments industry;
∎ Good interpersonal skills and strong communication skills in English;
∎ Good negotiation skills;
∎ Good team player & can do attitude;
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, advance excel, Power point, ERP, mail communication, uses of internet is a must;
∎ Should be honest, sincere, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure; and
∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
