Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate; higher degree in business is preferred

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of 100% export oriented Garment factory operations
∎ Lead Activities of cross functional team members;
∎ Ensure Lean manufacturing practices;
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost
∎ Oversee the development of standardized work within the value stream operation;
∎ Responsible for continuous quality improvement and system development;
∎ Need to take care of end to end production, quality & maintenance at the company;
∎ Should be capable of keeping the plant production & head count control at highest efficiency;
∎ Cost control, operational excellence, efficiency, timely delivery and Quality output;
∎ Responsible to lead complete administration/workers Management /compliance etc;
∎ Perform any other duty as directed by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ At least 5 years working experience at Leadership or Deputy Position in a 100% export oriented RMG factory
∎ Good communication skills both in Bengali and English
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a professional manner.
∎ Age at most 45 years (age limit relax for deserving candidate)
∎ Proven track record as a Management Leader
∎ Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company;
∎ Strong understanding of corporate finance and measures of performance;
∎ Familiarity with corporate and RMG laws for best practices;
∎ The applicants should have experience in Group of Companies, Garments and Textile;
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
∎ Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities;
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skill; and
